I made sure this workout wasn't overly physically demanding. It can be done a few times in a row without over-exerting or straining muscles. This routine is (mainly) based on simple yoga poses. I created this set before I had even become a yoga teacher and I've seen great benefits from it since the beginning.
Hauntingly beautiful. Poignant and powerful. Prescribed twice daily.
As of now, this is my complete daily skincare routine. I have struggled in the past with combination skin that left me unhappy with my perception of myself. I've spent hours browsing skincare aisles in Ulta and Sephora, usually to no avail. This is my current Holy Grail setup. I pair all of these essentials with drinking copious amounts of water and taking natural supplements. My go-to vitamin is HUM's Daily Clease, leaving my skin bright, happy, and clear as day. I wash my face morning and night without fail, using my timeless favorite Origins A Perfect World face wash. Then I apply the moisturizer my esthetician prescribed, Environ's AVST gel. I occasionally dab spots with my Mario Badescu Drying Lotion. I couldn't recommend a better eye cream than Origins GinZing, tossing halfway filled bottles of every other brand that paled in comparison. Lastly, my Sunday Riley mask comes in handy when all else fails to control my oil levels. My skin is currently glowing, too, just in case you're wondering how well this all works in combination.
